NEXUS Algo School («we», «us», «our») operates the website nexus-bot.pro and related course landing pages. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
TL;DR: We collect minimal data — only what's needed to deliver courses and notify you about new content. No selling, no shady ad networks, no fingerprinting. You can leave at any time and request deletion.
1. Who we are
NEXUS Algo School is an independent educational project providing courses on SEO, AI Agents, DeFi, Ethical Hacking, and crypto trading bots. Our parent ecosystem also operates guardlabs.online — a separate done-for-you services brand.
2. What we collect

Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletters via «Notify me about Module 2» forms on course pages
Course-purchase info — name, email, payment metadata (we never see card details — that's Whop / Stripe)
Profile data — only when you register an account at /register on a specific course
2.2. Collected automatically
Server logs — IP, User-Agent, request path, timestamp (kept ≤ 90 days, used for security and abuse prevention)
Anonymized analytics — page views, referrer, country (via self-hosted GoatCounter — no third-party cookies, no fingerprinting)
Email engagement — opens and clicks of newsletter emails (standard tracking pixels; you can opt out anytime)
2.3. What we do NOT collect

3. How we use your data
Deliver the courses you signed up for (free or paid)
Send course updates, new module notifications, and educational content

Improve content based on aggregated analytics (which lessons get the most reads, etc.)
We do NOT sell your data to third parties, ever.

5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies:
session — keeps you logged in to course dashboards
_gl_admin_session — single-sign-on for paid course access (only after login)
No advertising or tracking cookies. If you don't log in, no cookies are set.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / general)
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
Access — request a copy of all data we have about you
Correct — fix anything inaccurate
Delete — request full deletion («right to be forgotten»)
Export — get your data in a machine-readable format

7. Data retention
Email subscribers — kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days
Paid course accounts — kept while subscription is active, plus 12 months
Server logs — 90 days max
Analytics aggregates — kept indefinitely (no personal data anyway)
8. Data location & transfers
Our servers are located in Germany (Hetzner Cloud, Helsinki). If you're outside the EU, your data may be transferred to and processed in the EU under GDPR-equivalent protections.
9. Children
Our courses are not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us — we'll delete it immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced via the email list at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the site after changes = acceptance of the new policy.
